iLearningGlobal.TV like so many different direct promoting firms have left their MLM distributors with out incomes. Now the query is WHY? Is that this a brand new technique of taking a enterprise from start-up to profitability, then drop the compensation and put the cash again into the corporate?

Nicely I feel it’s greater than that. We see firms like New Imaginative and prescient, Youngevity and Life Power Worldwide who’ve lasted for many years, nonetheless including distributors, nonetheless paying excessive incomes and most of all nonetheless main their business niches. So what’s it that has precipitated firms like iGlobalLearning.TV, EXLER8, INVISUS Direct, and others to depart MLM behind?
What’s it that has precipitated different nice firms to file chapter or need to merge with different weak firms simply to remain afloat?
Though, there may be not a single merchandise we are able to concentrate on, I can certain so a couple of issues on why some firms like these above are nonetheless attracting prime MLM leaders, in addition to new first time distributors.
1. The leaders of those firms BK Boreyko, Steve Wallach and Wayne Hillman, are all servant leaders! They totally consider by serving to others inside and outdoors their firms is what permits them to turn out to be higher individuals.
2. They consider of their distributors. These leaders in addition to many others actually perceive that the Bran Companions within the subject are the spine to their development.
3. The businesses which final for many years are all the time seeking to re-invent themselves, creating new merchandise, new manufacturers, higher compensation, and searching for the subsequent development.
4. Leaders of nice firms who climate the financial storms 12 months after 12 months are those that reward loyalty to the sector at each degree.
So, the subsequent time you resolve to take a look at the subsequent Biggest MLM firm to ever launch… Search for the true motivation behind why the founder(s) are launching the corporate.
Not, each business area of interest is minimize out to be an MLM firm.

    • Justin,
What was your point in stating that? Its called marketing. They are doing that to expose people to the great product and see them become reps because they love the product. If you don't believe in this industry that is find, don't take potshots at it every chance you get just because you don't like it. Just do what those of us who love the industry are doing… move forward and live YOUR life.
      Take care,
      Mike J.

      • It's not a pot shot. I just think it diminishes the brand if it is also available in a store. There is no reason for a customer to buy from a distributor when they can get it cheaper from a store. Loss Leader isn't a marketing strategy. The same store also sells Monavie EMV, Efusjion, and XS Energy.
The comment was mostly directed at the kind of a funny inappropriate product placement in the video above. What was the point of taking a sip of Verve before talking about a company going down?

  1. Awesome Troy you can add OROVO to that list also of dropping the MLM side and leaving people High and Dry without and income.
You missed one that has been around helping people with the MOTTO "DO NO HARM"

  2. Great video Troy! I have always felt that BK is a person that truly cares about people, love his product, love what its doing for people….and never have regretted in three years coming on board with Vemma!
Thanks for all your great videos!
    Kathi B

  3. Troy, as I am not in Veema, or any of the companies you highlighted, my post is truly non-biased.
Thank you for pointing out some of the genuine servant leader CEO's out there and the good job they are doing for this industry.
Without naming rep names, I remember one time in talking to BK about a New Vision rep who was cross recruiting like crazy in the NVI downline. Everyone knew it, BK knew it in his heart. But when I asked him why he did not terminate that rep, BK said, "Because I do not have documented proof." Wow! The rep was a smooth operator who worked through others and did not leave a paper trail and BK would rather be wronged himself than do something that, though morally justifiable, could be construed by others as wronging a rep.
And guess what? BK won in the long run. That rep had a good run at another company but has now seen his volume crash drastically, has ruined his reputation and really has damaged himself.
BK, on the other hand, has reinvented himself and his company and is stronger in the industry than ever.
Troy, thanks for showcasing the "good guys."
