Recently we informed you of an alleged Ponzi scheme being promoted by notoriously infamous former Lyoness promotors in Australia, it is now public knowledge that numerous Government Regulatory authorities have issued warnings and filed cease and desist applications against GS Partners in various jurisdictions around the world.
We note that the Australian Government website moneysmart.gov.au issued the following warning:
WARNING! Be wary of dealing with this business as it is unlicensed in Australia.
This entity is likely to be offering financial services to Australian consumers. It does not hold an Australian financial services licence or Australian credit licence from ASIC, and is not authorised by a licensee. Almost all providers of financial services in Australia must be licensed by ASIC.
If you have been approached about investing with GS Partners or have been offered financial advice by an unregistered / unlicensed promotor of the scheme we suggest that you contact the Australian Consumer Competition Commission or Government Regulatory Authority immediately in your country and file an official complaint.
Complaints can be filed online at the ACCC’s anti-scam centre website: https://www.accc.gov.au/national-anti-scam-centre
We further advise that BE Conflikt Management will represent injured parties of GS Partners in order to recover investments.
Below you will find the official warning and cease and desist applications that have come to our attention so far.
