I talk with Matt Davis on a weekly basis.. The allegation you stated about him possibly being in ZRT is 100% false. I actually had someone call me from ZRT and try and offer me a “Master Distributor” position for FREE! I notified Matt Davis of this, he then turned around and (long story short) said that the individual better stop or he will have a letter from the attorneys on his door step. I think you should contact Matt about this and release a video or a follow-up at your earliest convenience because that is going to worry some people in a BIG way. Let me know

You have just clarified for our community and those reading that Matt is NOT with ZRT. So, based on your first hand information from Matt, are you stating he is not just building his field position with Zoom Mobile?
I agree 1005 with you ZRT had better be very careful. From what I have seen and read from the emails we have received, they could be very close to crossing the
“Non-Competes” they have signed when they first joined Zoom Mobile!

Sorry for the wrong vocabulary use… It happens when your heart starts pounding… As he tells me and others "Zoom is my baby". I honestly was not aware of him stepping down from the corporate position as I was under the impression that he had 49% stake in the company itself. I know some personal things may of happened to cause this, but what would be cool is if you possibly did a recorded call with him and posted it here. I am one of the original founders with a couple good size organizations across the country and am just looking out for my distributors as well as other distributors within Zoom Mobile.

So I do not have any concerns on false records. I do have some concerns with anyone starting another wireless company out of their backyard and not having a pot to piss in, trying to fund it off the backs of new distributors.

As for his statement about what ZRT stands for was a complete lie. A few days ago I looked up this organization on Youtube and their was a man on there by the name of Jason Hassell.
He flat out said that he was the (( ** Some high position with ZRT** )) then went on to say that ZRT stands for "Zoom Revolucion Technologies"
A day of so after he took the video down.
He was saying that they were looking to give out 64 Master Distributor positions for free.
He then went on to say that the catch was in order to have it for FREE you'd have to sponsor 5 people that would come into ZRT at 499….

I totally understand your points. I do see how it blatantly looks at if he lied. However, how do we know for sure that the comments on this post were from Terry and not from someone who pretended to be him?
Stay with me for a second. I have several emails listed for Terry, but none of the ones I see on this site, are ones who has used?
Now on the surface it truly seems a name chance has taken place. And if my concerns on the use of the name was the catalyst, then great! I would rather see the company change its name before a lawsuit from another company causes huge concerns.
Terry has reached out as has Todd. However due to some other industry issues, my focus has not been where I can get back with them yet. I will address this when we talk.

Are you talking about Todd out in Florida.. He reached out to me and tried to get my as a master distributor for ZRT. I talked to him for 45 minutes a couple weeks back. I gave him the time of day because he is a nice guy. I wish him the best of luck because from what he TOLD ME he is the person IN CHARGE of buying the devices and sourcing them, THAT IS THE HARDEST part and is probably one of the most stressful areas in this business… Actually getting the product.
Todd was looking at becoming a founder in Zoom with me (I even set him up with Matt Davis and my sponsor Anthony Yant) but I guess himself and Terry decided they could build something better then Zoom… From what I am seeing on the CEO and heard from credible sources I have NO confidence in the company, there is plenty market for competition in the mlm world… BUT that being said we want HEALTHY competition.. We DO NOT want wireless company after wireless company FU&%IN$ it up for us individuals trying and pushing to do things correctly. The wireless mlm arena is getting so flooded with sketchy companies and is making it harder and harder to build… Build it right.. the first time.. have integrity.. and do what you SAY your going to do.

I was STILL a rep in WOW Mobile when Zoom came across my plate. In fact the person who ORIGINALLY brought Zoom Mobile to me is NOT the person who actually personally sponsored me. The first time I heard Zoom Mobile I was downtown on the riverwalk here in San Antonio eating dinner when a gentlemen called me and told me a little about it… I IMMEDIATELY pushed it aside thinking nothing of it, just like a lot of people do when they hear about a "new" wireless mlm.
Fast forward 1 Month later, WOW Mobile was starting it's downhill fall and we were at the point where T-Mobile had already revoked the abilities to get sim cards/devices. I was once again brought into contact with someone at Zoom Mobile (will not mention names) by my own free will, meaning I reached out to them to see what they were all about. I had the ducks aligned for myself and brought some of my closest leaders into the circle to discuss all scenarios, after several conference calls with Zoom Mobile leaders, and some other reps, some due diligence on my part I decided to switch to Zoom.
At this point, I was looking out for my organization. I spent weeks on a kick-@$$ WOW Mobile Team site that went down the drain, I built so much trust with other WOW Mobile guys because of this site, I could actually help people with customer service over at WOW because of the contact I had. I am in it for the reps FIRST and FOREMOST!! I care about my organization.
NOW for the WOW Mobile Paycheck misunderstanding… Was I still collecting a WOW Mobile Paycheck while in Zoom Mobile?? Absolutely NOT!! Did I send a cancellation request to customer service requesting a cancellation of my Liberty International account and Rep ID?? YES!! I DID!! Did I ever get a response? No I did not!
So… To this day had I remained in WOW Mobile with my team.. Who knows HOW MUCH of my team we would STILL have left due to the fact that they are having issue after issue it seems like… I believe 110% I made a smart move, and the people who followed me feel they have made a smart move as well.

Why is there so much problems with every one of the MLM Wireless companies? I have been in a couple and still think it is a great idea but will not join any more until I see some stability in the industry even if it means losing positioning. I have lost too many distributors trust by jumping in to a couple and will not lose any more of my friends by jumping in to all these other ones. I will keep checking in with you guys and see who is the real player from the pile!

First off, learn how to write correctly if you are going to harass somebody or a company at that matter.
Second off, I am pretty sure Troy made a lot of positive comments and gestures in his report about Zoom, and is confident in the companies ability to produce thus far.
Third off, in the MLM Wireless arena, as we have SEEN with past mlm wireless companies sometimes it is NOT always best to "zoom" off or move fast, but in fact take your time and make sure things are correct and moving in the right direction as opposed to moving TOO fast and not being able to correct any issued that may have been stumbled upon.
The VP of Biz Development and CEO are coming to San Antonio, TX this weekend to meet with myself and my organization as we are moving quite fast or as you would say "zoomin" along. You are correct. I am confident Zoom has the leadership, infrastructure and field leadership in place to build a solid company. With that said I am still concerned for all companies who are focusing on wireless or telecommunications period, that the larger carriers could cut the prices so deep that the companies will not be able to earn a profit and/or pay commissions.

MLM wireless only companies who have no other products will dry up…actually I think another lower price round will be before year end…

Right on I hear you.. I think that the tier 1 carriers are too greedy to continue lowering prices. For example, Cricket Wireless bought out a Regional carrier here in Texas called Pocket Communications for $38 million I believe.. They did this JUST SO they could stop competing and eliminate the competition.. Over the last few months prices have risen 15% already thru the Cricket Wireless carrier.
I see your concern though and it is definitely valid. I hope it does not come down to that as not only Zoom, BUT a lot of other MVNO's will have there commissions yanked or cut.

Troy, what do you know about Symmetry Direct (health products), someone approached me about joining up. Stuff I have seen on the internet has not be flattering.
Well, I'm reporting back that I finally got the refund of my $999.00 Founders's fee from ZOOM Mobile. Took me over 60 days to get it and a little polite arm twisting.
Good luck to all you guys and gals out there trying to build a business in the cellular communications industry. Things change so much and there is so much drama among every company, because they are "all the best with the best price".
If you listen to the hype from any of these companies and buy the hype, you'e in for a short journey before you're out!
Glad you received your refund ncref.. Sorry that you didn't stick around to see this company prosper. I hope you did not get a refund to only switch to another wireless mlm.. The way I see it, Zoom has the best thing going which is why my organization is prospering as we speak… ESPECIALLY with gsm here now. Wish you the best of luck… If you go into MLM again, and its a new company just be patient.. things move slow but sometimes slow is good.

Troy, I usually stick to GV news, but this one caught a little of my interest. It kind of reminds me a little of GV and PHP, except this seems to have 3 parties involved. I heard you say in your video WOW seems to be okay with everything, and now there is a flare up with this ZRT company, but correct me if I'm not mistaken, didn't Matt Davis and some of these other people all start building Zoom while they were with WOW, and now you have people that left Zoom and started ZRT. What makes you think WOW is happy and content with any of this, it seems they could be getting hit twice as hard if they had people leaving for Zoom and now ZRT. Troy, just throwing it out there,it's kind of a fresh of breath air not having all the controversy surrounding GV for once. I will be curious to see how all this plays out, and how Zoom handles their problems with all the people that paid to be founders and felt they didn't get anything in return for. Stay on this one Troy.

Let me clarify one statement on the WOW, side of things. I was not stating "WOW is ok with everything" Wow is just not in a position to Worry about Zoom. Their energies are 100% focused on keeping their own company above water, and figuring out the T-Mobile issues. They could at any time file a civil complaint against Zoom, I just don't believe they feel it is in thier best interest at this time.
Troy Wow have lots of new carriers and back on the rise…actually Wow is better than before…
People "remember one thing"…Wow's comp plan pays 3-4 times more than Zoom, and LY are no comparison either, other 3×9's are worse
So why work for less…like work 3-4 years busting… in what you can do in 1 year with Wow.
Wow don't care about Zoom…the cream always rises to the top.
Wow is the big player due to superior marketing and comp plans…top distributors who look at the nuts and bolts of key fundamentals know this…others hide this!.

Although Wow now has several carries there are still problems that need to be dealt with. For instance, where is Wow TV Anywhere? Is that still going to be a product for them? The launch date was supposed to be July 1st. Then there were updates on why there was a delay. Now there is no mention of it at all. It has even been removed from the website.
The "leaders" have also promised to post new info on a DAILY basis. One day having a leadership training, another a company update, a Q&A session, ect. The only consistent thing I have seen is the Saturday leader spotlight call. As a matter of fact, there hasn't even been an updated inspirational quote or newsflash since Aug 14th.
I realize that LFN was dealt a huge blow with the whole T-Mobile fiasco but one lesson that obviously still hasn't been learned is to not say or post something that isn't going to be delivered. Good intentions are great but follow through needs to be done so all the reps know that the company is good at their word. It's hard to believe in a company when there isn't good communication.

What about all the people I talk to on a weekly basis that are still owed large amounts of money?? No refund months and months later after they requested it.. NO product ever received and still were billed for service they DIDNT have, a website for a business they couldnt sell…Some people have a conscience and don't want to push something on a family member/friend that doesn't exist or is in a mass trip. I hope they pull it together, BUT we shall see.
I'm sorry, I don't mean to get into the middle of this Zoom mess but you brought up "LY" or Lightyear which is my company. Please explain why you think WOW's comp plan is better than Lightyear's.
If I recruit 3 personal reps and help them each get 3 personal customers I would earn $1,485 in bonuses for doing that (at my position – a brand new rep would earn $900). If I did the same thing in WOW I'd earn $300. ????? How is WOW better here?

I play the comp plan game, not the cell phone game. I share GV's membership plan with people and I help them to share the plan. The comp plan tells me if I refer 3 and they refer 3 thru 9 levels, my check is reading between $30,000-$114,000 mo. I don't care if your phone is free. As far as all your comments about getting shut off etc. I have not seen anything you've said to be true. My phone has never been shut off. None of my customers phones have been shut off, and people on my team, their phones have not been shut off, unless of course they don't pay their bill. Reading these comments makes me cringe inside. At this point I wouldn't subscribe to any mlm wireless service even if my own grandmother was representing it. It's all just "bad energy".

How about a different view on all of these posts? I can see everyone here is passionate about their beliefs. I respect all of your opinions right or wrong, although I may agree with some and some I may not. As a partner in a Direct sales/ Network marketing company I just want to say everything you say can have a lasting effect on people, true or false. Keep your integrity and while there is nothing wrong with having strong convictions in what you believe it does not always mean you are right! I have no part in any of the companies mentioned but I felt compelled to respond. Talking smack or on emotions will lead you nowhere. Focus on the positives and facts.
